I help government leaders make change work.

I bring a pragmatic, collaborative approach grounded in decades of public service experience and backed by my training in change management (Prosci) and business coaching (ACC-ICF).

My work is collaborative. I listen, simplify and, most of all, help you deliver on your decisions.

Some clients hire me for 2 or 3 days to lead a team event or produce specific materials. Others engage me for longer projects — 15, 35, or even 135 days — to help steer a complex change or act as a fractional resource.


Recent projects

  • 2025 – Financial Consumer Agency of Canada – Supported the adoption of an updated hybrid workplace model and a new talent management approach for executives — including new policies, tools and training.
  • 2025 – Privy Council Office – Designed and facilitated a leadership retreat for 20 EXs on team resilience, change and leading through complexity.
  • 2024 – Canada Water Agency – Helped this small organization launch as a new stand-alone agency — with internal governance, change strategies, digital tools and intranet planning tailored to a distributed hybrid team.
  • 2023 – Shared Services Canada – Helped strengthen workforce management for a 400-person team — aligning HR strategies, governance and day-to-day practices.
  • 2022 – Canadian Human Rights Commission – Led a review of the commission’s communications function to build a more strategic, efficient, and client-focused internal service.
