I design and facilitate tailored events for public sector teams, including:

Each event is custom-designed – a few hours or several days. I can deliver a keynote, lead full group discussions, breakouts, scenario exercises, reflection tools, or decision-making activities — all with a focus on helping you move forward.

  • 2025 – Canadian Border Services Agency – Guest speaker for International Day of Persons with Disabilities, leading a discussion with 30 managers on Accessibility and Duty to Accommodate.
  • 2025 – HC/PHAC Young Professional Network – Delivered a webinar on “Leading When You’re Not Yet a Leader” to 400 young public servants across the GoC.
  • 2025 – Employment and Social Development Canada – Led Root Cause Analysis sessions to identify Canada Pension Plan delivery issues, with 50 staff across business lines.
  • 2025 – Privy Council Office – Designed and facilitated a leadership retreat for 20 EXs on team resilience, change and leading through complexity.
  • 2024 – Canada Water Agency – Prepared team sessions on culture, leadership principles, and internal service models as part of launching the new organization.
  • 2023 – National Defence – Facilitated a cross-team offsite session focused on renewal to meet changing procurement challenges.
  • 2023 – Shared Services Canada – Designed and led discussion sessions with 150 managers and executives on how to implement new workforce practices across their teams.
