B. Full coaching package – 11-session “Executive Presence for Success”
This fully tailored executive coaching package includes:
- A goal-setting and discovery session, with a short questionnaire
- One-on-one coaching conversations over 6-10 months
- A mid-point check-in to reflect on progress and adapt as needed
- An end-point wrap-up to reflect on growth and goals achieved
Together, we focus on real challenges you’re facing, for example:
- Leading through uncertainty and shifting priorities
- Navigating relationships with senior leaders
- Building trust and cohesion in your team
- Difficult conversations and performance management
- Finding calm in the chaos

What coaching looks like
My coaching draws from Flow Coaching — a strength-based approach rooted in positive psychology — as well as my 20+ years as a Public Service executive. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I’m guided by the International Coaching Federation and its Code of ethics.
Flow-based coaching is open-minded and creative. It creates space for you to develop your own way forward. In each session, we work together to identify and develop:
- What you want to achieve and what is driving this goal
- How to achieve your goal and what success looks like
- Key take-aways from our discussion and what they mean to you
- Tangible next steps to explore and act on
All discussions are confidential. What happens in coaching, stays in coaching.
We start with a free conversation. From there, you decide on the package that meets your needs.
Coaching is covered by your departmental training budget. I provide any documents your management and financial team need. Coaching can be purchased by credit card or via a ProServices contract.
Once a session is booked, clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise I reserve the right to bill for an unattended session.
