  • 2025 – Financial Consumer Agency of Canada – Advised on updating the agency’s hybrid workplace model, talent management approach for executives and workforce adjustment directive
  • 2025 – ESDC – Led a root cause analysis of service issues for a major federal benefits program – helping the team identify risks, fix processes, and prevent future errors
  • 2024 – Canada Water Agency – Supported executives as they built the new organization: helping to design team roles and governance, and helping to structure internal services
  • 2023 – Shared Services Canada – Developed an action plan to implement a full workforce strategy and HR function redesign for a 400-person digital team
  • 2022 – Canadian Human Rights Commission – Reviewed the commission’s communications function and proposed improvements to reflect growing demands and expectations from senior leadership
