- 2025 – Designed and facilitated a leadership retreat for 20 EXs on team resilience and leading through complexity
- 2025 – Led a root cause analysis of service issues for a major federal benefits program – helping the team identify risks, fix processes, and prevent future errors
- 2024 – Supported executives as they built a new organization: helping to design team roles and governance, and helping to structure internal services
- 2023 – Developed an action plan to implement a full workforce strategy and HR function redesign for a 400-person digital team
- 2023 – Facilitated a cross-team retreat for a procurement directorate and delivered a strategic report with short- and long-term solutions
- 2022 – Reviewed and redesigned a commission’s communications function to reflect growing demands, roles, and expectations from senior leadership
